1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and SH LLC, a New York company ("we", "us"), for the use of baandi. By using baandi you agree to them. If you use baandi for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you are allowed to. You must be at least 18 years old.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information baandi handles and is part of this agreement.

2. Early access

baandi is new and is offered as early access. It will change, parts of it may be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. What our website lists under "Coming next" is a plan and not a promise. Today baandi answers test guests in its own simulator; the connection to Airbnb and VRBO is not available yet.

3. Your account and your team

4. Price and payment

5. What you stay responsible for

baandi is a tool that helps you answer guests. You remain the host.

6. Emergencies

baandi is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency services. It tries to recognise messages about danger, to alert your team and, if you switched that on, to send your safety message to the guest. It can miss a message, and an alert can be late or fail to arrive. Do not rely on baandi as the only way you learn of danger at your property.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

8. Your content and your guests' information

Your knowledge base, your messages and your guests' information stay yours. You allow us to use them only to provide baandi to you.

For your guests' information, we act on your instructions. We:

9. Other companies' services

baandi works with services run by other companies, among them Hospitable, booking sites such as Airbnb and VRBO, WhatsApp from Meta, and Claude from Anthropic. Each has its own terms, which you follow where they apply to you. We do not control those services, and a change in their rules or an outage on their side can limit what baandi can do.

baandi is an independent third party and is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Inc. or its affiliates.

10. What is ours

baandi, its software and its design belong to us. These terms give you the right to use baandi while they apply, and nothing more. If you send us an idea for improving baandi, we may use it without owing you anything.

11. Ending

You can stop using baandi at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts guests, other people or baandi at risk, or if we stop offering baandi, and we give you notice where we reasonably can. After the end, we delete your information as the Privacy Policy describes.

12. What we do not promise

baandi is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about it, including that it is fit for a particular purpose, that it will run without interruption or mistakes, or that every reply and alert will be correct, complete or on time. We do not promise more bookings, better reviews or any other result.

13. Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, harm to your reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss. For everything else, our total liability for all claims about baandi is limited to the larger of what you paid us for baandi in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Claims caused by your use

If someone brings a claim against us because of your knowledge base, a message sent in your name, or your breaking these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and any amount we have to pay because of it.

15. Governing law

The laws of the State of New York govern these terms, and any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in New York. If you use baandi as a consumer, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.

16. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we change the date at the top. If a change is important, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using baandi after that, you accept the change.
