Questions
Does it send messages without me?
Only if you choose Automatic and switch an entry to "Send automatically when a guest asks". Everything else waits for you, and Pause stops automatic replies in one tap.
What if it does not know the answer?
It does not guess. The question goes to your team, and one tap saves your answer for next time.
What happens in an emergency?
Your whole team is alerted at once. In Automatic mode, with its switch on, your safety message also goes to the guest. baandi does not replace emergency services.
Which booking sites does it work with?
Airbnb and VRBO are next, through Hospitable. Today baandi answers test guests in its own simulator.
Can the AI see my door codes?
Long numbers are hidden before the AI reads a conversation, and a door code is refused in the knowledge base. Keep door codes out of pictures and PDFs you import, because those are read as they are.
Which languages does it answer in?
English for now. Other languages go to your team.
Which AI does it use?
Claude, made by Anthropic. The Privacy Policy lists what is shared with it.
Who can see guest messages?
Only the people on your Team list. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Is baandi part of Airbnb?
No. baandi is an independent third party and is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Inc. or its affiliates.
